Bonding
Bonds are in essence "performance guarantees", i.e., if a contractor can't perform then the bonding agent pays for someone else to complete the job to satisfy the contractual obligations. I passed the background check in order that I could be bonded. I have been bonded for several jobs in the past and can reacquire my bond at anytime if necessary.
Insurance
I also carry liability insurance with Travelers.

I have completed the Paper Tiger training course, and the training course for Estate Organization
and Assisting Estate Administrator in person by Exit Stage Right. |
Certification
I have earned a Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD). |
Other
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English from U.C. Berkeley; and my Electronics Engineering degree (A.A.S.E.E.T.) from Heald College. |

Carol has been a lifesaver for me. She has worked with me to clean up the clutter and organize many of my living areas to create a practical, attractive, comfortable home.
I continually struggle with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) that includes periodic bouts of severe depression and anxiety.
